Primary Care is comprehensive healthcare that includes prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and management of various health conditions. Primary Care Plus+ uses the direct primary care model (DPC) to deliver primary care services.

The DPC model is simple. Each patient will have a direct relationship with their primary care provider. This means that patients can call, text or email their provider directly. Patients have unlimited visits, same day/next day appointment. 

DPC uses a subscription-based payment system. The patient will pay the provider monthly. This means insurance will not be billed for the visit. By not billing insurance and having direct access, providers are then able to spend more time with each patient to provide quality, comprehensive care.  

Benefits for the patient include easier access to care, predictable costs, and no hidden fees. The patients will pay for labs at discounted prices that have been negotiated with the lab. We provide prescription medications at wholesale prices (more on this below!).

Also, patients can be referred for discounted imaging. We collaborate with many specialists to discuss care and recommendations.
