A walk-in visit is a one-time visit for walk-in patients who are not a member of this clinic. This is for those who may need urgent care.
Cost: $75

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. A DOT physical helps determine if a driver is physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to operate a CMV. The exam includes a review of your medical history, a physical exam, and urinalysis in accordance with FMCSA

This is a one-time yearly physical exam. It includes vitals, a head-to-toe assessment, mental health assessment, and lab work.

This is a one-time sports physical for school aged children. Physical will include a thorough health history, Snellen eye chart exam and all other tests that are required for sports. Parents must accompany their child and have forms available for completion.
Fee: $65
