Because Your Mental Wellness Deserves Just as Much Attention as Your Physical Health
You’re doing your best to keep it together — but it’s hard.
You might feel anxious all the time. Maybe the weight of depression makes even simple tasks feel impossible. Or perhaps you're battling an addiction and don’t know where to turn.
You’re not weak. You’re not broken. You’re human — and you don’t have to carry this alone.
At Primary Care Plus, we take your mental health seriously. Our integrated, compassionate approach offers both medical and emotional support in a safe, judgment-free space.
We See the Whole You — and That Includes What’s Beneath the Surface.
Through personalised, non-rushed care and direct communication with your provider, we give you the space to be heard, understood, and supported — without the red tape, long waits, or stigma of traditional healthcare settings.
Mental Health Services We Offer with Care and Confidentiality:
💊 Addiction Treatment (MOUD - Medication for Opioid Use Disorder)

We provide:
Buprenorphine (Suboxone) therapy
Structured treatment plans
Regular check-ins & support

It’s more than just feeling sad. Depression can drain your energy, affect sleep, appetite, and relationships. We help you recognise the signs and guide you toward a healthier, more hopeful place.
Our care includes:
In-depth mental health screenings
Medication management (SSRIs, SNRIs, etc.)
Talk therapy referrals or integration
Regular follow-ups and monitoring
You don’t have to “just get through it.” There’s help — and healing.
Anxiety & Panic Disorders
Racing thoughts. Tight chest. Constant worry. Anxiety can be all-consuming — but it is treatable. We help you understand the root causes and create a tailored plan for relief.
Treatment options include:
Lifestyle and mindfulness coaching
Anti-anxiety medications (short and long-term solutions)
Trigger identification & management
Referral to therapists for CBT or other therapies
Let’s help you feel like yourself again.
Stress Management
Modern life is relentless — and stress takes a real toll on your body and mind. Left unmanaged, it can lead to burnout, insomnia, and chronic disease.
We support you with:
Stress-reduction strategies tailored to your routine
Sleep and energy evaluations
Nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications
Ongoing support and wellness check-ins
We’ll help you go from “barely coping” to thriving.
ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)
If you or your child struggle with focus, organization, impulsivity, or restlessness, ADHD might be the cause. Whether newly diagnosed or previously misdiagnosed, we provide support and structure.
Our ADHD care includes:
Full assessment and screening
Medication management (stimulant or non-stimulant)
Monitoring and adjustments over time
Functional strategies for work, school, and home
Structure, focus, and calm are possible — let us help you get there.
Substance Use Screening & Support
Substance use doesn’t have to spiral into crisis. Through regular, nonjudgmental screenings, we help patients catch issues early, understand their risks, and connect with resources for recovery.
We offer:
Private, respectful assessments
Honest conversations about alcohol or drug use
Behavioral health referrals if needed
Ongoing support through your DPC membership
Early action saves lives — and preserves dignity.
Smoking Cessation Counselling & Treatment
You know smoking is harmful — and you want to quit. But quitting isn’t easy, and doing it alone makes it harder. We guide you through a personalised quitting plan that works for you.
We offer:
Nicotine replacement therapy
Prescription medications (like bupropion or varenicline)
Behavior change strategies
Check-ins and accountability support
We’ll walk with you — every step of the way.
